May Arts and Stampendous Blog Hop! :)

Hello and welcome to the Stampendous and May Arts blog hop

We are on the last day, but make sure to check out the first 4 days as every Ribbonista that you hop to enters you one more time to win one spool of ribbon AND a cling set from Stampendous and a handle! ... but there will be THREE winners who will each win that prize pack! Awesome!

Here is what Stampendous sent me: cute, right!?! As soon as I saw those three bunnies I was enchanted. Emmaline LOVES to read and loves to be read to (she is 18 months old) and with her little sister Charlotte due yesterday (I may have even had her by the time you are reading this! hopefully!) then I just saw myself and my two daughters reading together on the rocking chair. love. It's what inspired me to make a book mark for Emmaline.

I simply applied some Xyron Teresa Collins Adhesive Kit Glue to all areas that I glittered and dropped it on. Now, please do NOT forget that I stamped this image on to kraft paper. I used a clear liquid adhesive and the glitter popped this much color on kraft paper! I was so impressed! That pink is just the glitter - I did not color it first. I was actually going to color the book in and had to glitter that too. excellent stuff.

Of course you need some great texture for toddlers so I pulled out some different textures and colors of May Arts ribbon and went to town.

This particular book is a collection of bedtime stories that we are reading through - one a night and so this bookmark will be here. :)
