I made this using Artful Delight's June Kit!
This was based on this sketch by Jana Eubank.
I made the birds my rectangles, my ribbon and branch the horizontal lines, and left the title and square layers where they were. It was a little much to fit all of the elements on the card so those are the ones I chose to keep. It's a FAB sketch though and if you're a scrap-booker, then here's another one to use! :)
