Peter's Pop-up Graduation Card

Hello! This is Courtney Lee from Court's Crafts here with a graduation card that I made for my brother in law. You can pin this for the future or if you missed a graduation send a late card! Better late than never! :)

For the front of my card I cut the "green panel" a second time out of white so that I could use my Cricut pens on the front. The difference between maroons is because he went to undergrad at Harvard and just finished his post graduate work at MIT. He's a smarty pants. :)

Here is what the card looks like from the side. I love the dimension and it's amazing how it folds flat!

I added his name to the mailbox, a graduation scroll and a pile of books. The latter two were stickers in my stash. I also copied the front of the mailbox and made it smaller so that I could make it look like an open mailbox.

I added writing to the bottom of the card too so that basically all we had to do was sign it. "If only it was this easy..." refers to getting the diploma in the mail. Wouldn't it be nice if it was that easy!? :)

Thank you for looking and I hope you have a beautiful day!

Smitten Kitten

Hi kitty cat lovers! Even if you are a "dog lover" you have to love this line. It is SOOOO cute. This is Courtney Lee from Court's Crafts here and I cannot get enough of it! I have three projects up for you today and I cannot wait to show you so I'll get right to it!

Kitty Masks

My daughter wanted some masks to play with so I whipped these out. Aren't they darling!?! They are wearing them everywhere!
They definitely had an opinion on their masks. One wanted a feather and the other didn't. I love their personalities shining through even in the smallest of things.
We even got a quick snapshot of our 6 month old wearing one. The older sisters like to make sure Lilibeth gets everything they get.

Kitten Smitten Birthday Card

My oldest is turning 4 next month and she just ADORED this line. I thought I would make her a special happy birthday card. See the awesome "Happy Birthday" sentiment?! That came from the 6x6 paper pad! I love that they have added awesome card sentiments all over the place in their lines.

How cute is this little "Stormy" kitty cat!?! It's sooo hard for me to use my doodle-pops but I am doing it! And what better way then to use it on people you love and that will go in their hope chests!? The hearts are mini doodle-pops too and that fish bone cute clip... soooo darling.

Recipe:

Calendar

Last but not least is our family calendar. We are slowly filling it up so this is just the bones (get it!?! Like fish bones!?! :))

The title came from the Odds and Ends. Aren't they fantastic!? And I just HAD to put that enamel shape fish bowl on the top right. I love the fish bowls!!!

Check out these CUTE cats and that adorable enamel mouse... To. die. for.

Here is my whole little calendar.

Fun in the Sun Card Trio

Hello out there in doodlebug world!!! It's Courtney Lee from Court's Crafts here with a trio of cards made with the brand spanking new Fun in the Sun collection!!!

I made this card for a friend who just came on a trip to Europe with us. She helped and braved being on international flights with three small children (mine: aged 3, 2, and 6 months. Yes, I am crazy.) I wanted to make her a card to say thank you and that it was really fun!!! I once again used Mendi's 4 quadrant cut file to create this card! :)

The new odds and ends are AWESOME and the shape sprinkles and cute clips?!? I cannot get enough of these!!! I had to get ate least one of each on this card!

This card had a LOT of dimension.

Recipe:
doodlebug: fun in the sun: 6x6 paper pad (5297)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: this and that (5249)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: shape sprinkles: tropical (5207)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: cute clips: flamingos (5237)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: odds and ends (5243)
doodlebug: candy shoppe: bon bon mini rub-ons (2170)
doodlebug: cardstock: lily white (3402)

Whew, with having a new little one, my husband and I have some work to do and I just wanted to remind him that while we are getting through some stressful times that I am more in love with him now than ever. So, I decided to make this little "stuck on  you" note card.

It was SO hard for me to use these cactus shape sprinkles. I love them. Like, I just want to frame them. haha. But what better way to use some of my favorite product than on my favorite human?! :) Aren't. they. darling!?!? And the sentiment came off of the 6x6 paper pad. easy peasy.

These cute clips... I'm telling ya... ahh! So daring. So I stuck one of those up there and since it was "hollow" it's kind of my cactus representation of God watching over us. Too deep for a cactus card? Maybe. But I love it. :)

Recipe:
doodlebug: fun in the sun: 6x6 paper pad (5297) (the sentiment came from here too!)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: cute clips: cactus (5238)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: shape sprinkles: tropical (5207)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: shape sprinkles: desert flowers (5208)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: matte sprinkles: tropical assortment (5204)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: this and that (5249)
doodlebug: cardstock: lily white (3402)

This last card I made for my father-in-law's birthday! He has some great stories from the 70's and has a retro vibe to him. I know he'll love this card!

This caravan doodle-pop. SOOOO cute and the headlights are sprinkles and they just add SO much. I love the new phrases on the "this and that". They are perfect for card makers! Not having to leave "stamping space" is SO convenient!

I grabbed these banner pieces from the odd's and ends and used some doodle twine to thread through. And did you spy that little flamingo shaped sprinkle in the bottom right hand corner? They are so shiny and darling!

Recipe:
doodlebug: fun in the sun: this and that (5249)
doodlebug: cardstock: lily white (3402)
doodlebug: fun in the sun: odds and ends (5243)
