Hellooooooooo bloggy world!
I have been working on these projects for the May Arts Finals to get onto their DT! If you feel like it, pop over and see all of the finalists' projects! They should be posted in the next few days. DT members are announced July 29th.
First up is the dress. I was looking forward to making this pleated dress and having the PERFECT 3/8" ribbon for it was just the excuse I needed to unpack the sewing machine! (p.s. I promise those buttons are on straight on the back! This picture is driving me crazy!) There are little bows on the pockets and in the middle of the front. They are a little hard to see them in the picture, but you can see them in the video below! :)
May Arts Ribbon Used: BH09
The second project I made was a bow to match the dress. I LOVE mixing classic patterns so the stripes were clearly calling to go with the polka dots. The dress is not on Emmaline in the pictures below because she was swimming in it! It's a 3T so she will need to grow into it.
Here is the last project that I made: A card to go with the bow for someone's birthday! Wouldn't it make a cute gift to give a card that uses the same ribbon as the bow!? I like it.
Other supplies:
Paper: Little Yellow Bicycle: Poppy
All stamps and dies: My Creative Time
Thanks for reading my super long post and watching my videos! I really appreciate all of you! :) HUGS and have a beautiful day!
