Moo Bookmark

So I wanted to make a bookmark for myself as I have been reading a lot recently (laying down during late pregnancy without internet in your bedroom will do that to you!). So I made this bookmark using the Moo-ey Doodles Kit from My Pink Stamper and Shop Pumpkin Spice.

Hello! 

This is one of those cards that looks better in your head then it comes out on paper. 

I really liked the idea of having a red fence that the cow was looking over... but the red might be too... red... My husband was making fun of me! haha. But none the less, here is my card. Had I to do it over again, I would have toned it down. But that's why we craft! To make our own creations and to laugh at ourselves! haha.

My Pink-alicious Blog Hop - Yankee Doodle

So, this month we get to play with another FABULOUS kit from My Pink Stamper sold exclusively at Shop Pumpkin Spice! It's called Yankee Doodle and I have been THRILLED to play with it!

I decided to make a badge that you could wear to a parade or party to liven things up! I enjoyed the splash of yellow in this kit adding a "non-traditional" color to the palate.
